For a year, this documentary delves into the heart of the ENS (École Normale Sociale), which trains social service assistants in Paris. Between theory and practice, classroom lessons and fieldwork, future ASSs learn a profession that has become invisible. Yet there are more than a million social workers in France, in all fields.
