Ivanhoë - Chevalier du roi

Surprise! Prince John invites all his subjects to a grand tournament, during which he will confront Ivanhoe in a duel. The winner will marry Lady Rowena. Naturally, the deck is stacked against our hero. Front-de-Boeuf lures Ivanhoe into a trap, provoking him to a single combat. But at the height of the fight, a trained falcon swoops at Ivanhoe’s face. Blinded, our knight is seriously wounded by Front-de-Boeuf. Then, Prince John moves the date of his duel with Ivanhoe forward. Ivanhoe cannot back down now. Fortunately, however, Rebecca mixes a strange potion.
